SHIPPING AND DELIVERY

All orders made on the Teamfitness Club website are dispatched from the UK to the shipping address you provide at the checkout stage. Orders are delivered on business days; excluding UK bank holidays and national holidays. All orders are shipped Monday - Friday, excluding bank holidays and public holidays. We aim to despatch all orders on the same day, when the order is placed before 3pm, London GMT.

 

UK Delivery - Standard Deliveries within the United Kingdom usually arrive within 2-3 working days, however please allow 7 working days before you enquire about your delivery. Express Deliveries within the United Kingdom usually arrive within 1-2 working days, however please allow 5 working days before you enquire about your delivery. If you have selected Next-Day Guaranteed, your order will be delivered by 1pm the next working day, excluding bank holidays and weekends. Your order must be placed before 1pm, London GMT for this service.

 

International Delivery - Deliveries to Europe usually arrive within 5 business days, however please allow 10 business days before you enquire about your delivery. Deliveries to America, Australia, Asia, the Middle East & Africa usually arrive within 6-10 business days, however please allow 15 business days before you enquire about your delivery. All International orders are shipped Monday - Friday via Royal Mail, excluding bank holidays and public holidays. We aim to despatch all orders on the same day, when the order is placed before 3pm, London GMT. International orders may be subject to customs charges. These charges are not quoted at checkout and are completely out of our control. 

 

Tracking Delivery - Some orders will receive tracking updates automatically depending on the service you select at checkout.

 

Teamfitness cannot be held responsible for delay in delivery, including but not limited to the following;

 

Any incorrect customer details, customs clearance, inventory levels, national or private strikes, civil commotion, riot, invasion, terrorist attack or threat of terrorist attack, weather, natural disasters, fire, epidemics or failure of public or private telecommunications networks. 

 

EXCHANGE, RETURNS AND REFUNDS 

We offer exchanges within 7 days of purchase if the product you received is the incorrect size or damaged, please complete the exchange form by clicking here. You can exchange the same item for a different size or for a different item.

 

Exchanges, Returns and Refunds are processed within 7 business days of us receiving the item(s). Please allow up to 14 days for your exchange items to be delivered back to your shipping address. We offer refunds within 14 days of purchase on non-sale item(s), Refunds are processed within 7 business days of us receiving them. Sale items can only be exchanged if stock is available, or refunded as store credit online. Return postage costs from you to us are your own cost. Teamfitness will cover the cost of posting item(s) back to your shipping address.

 

Please note:

  • We cannot accept returns or exchanges on headwear/ caps, due to hygiene reasons.
  • We cannot accept returns or exchanges on any items, which have been washed.
  • Any items returned covered in animal or human hair will not be accepted
  • Any items which are discontinued and no longer sold on the website
